The Yellow-rumped tinkerbird (Pogoniulus bilineatus), is a species of tinkerbird in the Lybiidae family. It used to be placed in the family Bucconidae (puffbirds), which has been split up; alternatively, it may be included in a vastly expanded Ramphastidae (toucans).
