The Reticulate Loach (Schistura reticulata) is a species of tropical freshwater fish from South-east Asia. Known also as the Pakistani Loach, this fish is a nocturnal feeder with an omnivorous diet typically made up of bottom-dwelling invertebrates including worms, snails and occasionally algae. When it feels threatened it will immediately bury itself headfirst into the sand, leaving it's tail exposed.
