Atelopus nahumae is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Colombia, only known from humid montane forest of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It inhabits sub-Andean forests and breeds in streams. It is primarily threatened by chytridiomycosis, but also by habitat loss. It occurs within the Parque Nacional Natural Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta as well as the adjacent El Dorado Nature Reserve.
