Atelopus laetissimus is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Colombia and only known from the vicinity of its type locality in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Its natural habitats are sub-Andean forests. It is threatened by habitat loss and chytridiomycosis.
