Andinobates geminisae is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is endemic to Panama, in the rainforest of the slope of the Caribbean.


It was found in 2011 in the Cano river and later in the Cocle rivers in the north and Bethlehem, district of Donos, Colón Province, Panama. It was described in 2014, after phylogenetic analysis molecular DNA , by researchers at the University Chiriqui, the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute.


Measured on average 12.7 mm in length. The back and belly are uniformly bright orange; the head is the same color with some blackish spots above and black eyes; the legs are dark, dusky or brown spots, and skin is smooth.
